主要研究领域
长期从事食品重要功能组分微/纳米递送体系构建、形成机制及品质精准调控研究,在angewandte chemie international edition、acs nano、journal of agricultural and food chemistry等期刊以第一或通讯作者发表sci论文40余篇,其中esi高被引论文3篇,累计他引2900余次(web of science核心合集统计),h指数33。相关研究成果被science daily、cnet、fox news、yahoo、康奈尔大学官方k8凯发官网入口主页等媒体报道。担任food chemistry客座编辑。2020年入选北京市海外高层次人才项目,2022年入选全球前2%顶尖科学家。
